Blue light is a colour in the “visible light spectrum” that can be seen by the human eye. Blue Light is a part of the visible light spectrum, between 400 nm and 500 nm; making it one of the shortest, highest-energy wavelengths.

Sources of blue light include the sun, digital screens (TVs, computers, laptops, smart phones and tablets), electronic devices, and fluorescent and LED lighting. The range is 430nm to 500nm with an intense spike at 455nm.
