Quality Control Process
High standards in every stage of eyewear production. By applying structured inspection procedures, material checks, and production control, we help ensure that every order meets approved quality requirements before shipment.

How We Control our quality
Quality control is built into multiple stages of our eyewear production process. From incoming materials to final inspection before shipment, each step helps reduce defects, improve consistency, and support stable bulk production.

Raw Material Procurement and Inspection
- Procurement Standards: Ensure that raw materials (such as lenses, frame materials, screws, hinges, etc.) are sourced from certified suppliers and meet the quality standards set by the company.
- Acceptance Inspection: All incoming raw materials undergo inspection to ensure they meet quality requirements at the source.

Production Process Control
- Key Process Monitoring: Quality checkpoints are set at every critical stage of production (such as injection molding, lens cutting, surface treatment, and assembly) to ensure each step meets the required process standards.
- In-Line Inspection: Automated inspection equipment (such as dimension testers and optical testers) is installed on the production line to monitor product quality in real time, preventing batch issues.

Semi-Finished Product Inspection
- Intermediate Inspection: After each stage, semi-finished products undergo quality checks to ensure that each component (such as frames and lenses) meets technical standards.
- Functional Testing: This includes tests such as optical performance for lenses and compression and torsion tests for frames to ensure they meet standards for comfort and durability.

Finished Product Inspection
- Appearance Inspection: The finished product undergoes an appearance inspection to ensure there are no surface scratches, color inconsistencies, or cracks.
- Precision Check: The dimensions, temple balance, and lens stability are checked to ensure product stability and ergonomic compliance.
- Functional Testing: Special functions such as UV protection, blue light filtering, and waterproofing are tested to ensure the finished product meets brand or client quality standards.

Packaging and Pre-Shipping Inspection
- Packaging Inspection: A final quality check is conducted before packaging to ensure the finished product is undamaged and all accessories (such as manuals and eyewear cases) are included.
- Pre-Shipping Inspection: A random selection of finished products undergoes additional testing to verify the stability and quality of the entire batch.
Laboratory Testing
Our laboratory supports eyewear quality evaluation through a range of material, structure, lens, and performance tests. These tests help verify product safety, durability, dimensional consistency, and compliance with relevant market requirements.

Multi-Standard Compliance Testing
We can support testing based on different market requirements, including standards related to UV protection, light transmission, impact resistance, and other performance indicators for eyewear products.

Frame Tensile Test
Frame tensile testing helps evaluate the strength and durability of eyewear frames under controlled pulling force, supporting structural reliability during normal use.

2D Dimensional Analysis
Dimensional analysis helps verify key structural measurements and supports design adjustment, production consistency, and technical review during development and quality control.

Frame Measurement Inspection
Frame measurement inspection helps confirm that size, alignment, and fitting-related dimensions remain within the approved specification range for each style.
